Discovering new countries and cultures is one of my passions, which is why I began my career in the tourism industry. Being part of a multinational hotel group undergoing expansion in the Iberian Peninsula gave me the opportunity to grow professionally in a multicultural and multilingual environment (Spanish, English, and French). I later joined the People & Culture team, initially in a generalist role—where I discovered another passion: supporting the professional development of team members.
I then transitioned into the role of Compensation & Benefits Manager and later led the Corporate University for the Iberian Peninsula. During this time, I also pursued further education, completing various Master’s programs in HR Management and Executive Coaching.
For the past four years, I’ve been proud to be part of the GT Pioneers team—a solid and diverse group where each of us contributes our own experience, training, and expertise. This collective strength allows us to successfully lead projects of varying scope and focus across companies of different sizes and sectors, all with one shared goal: to help teams thrive through our support, ensuring their growth positively impacts business outcomes.
