I’ve been working in the world of Specialized Talent Acquisition and International Executive Search since 2006. I’ve always known that my professional purpose is tied to the world of recruitment. When we launched GT Linkers over 10 years ago, I wanted to work the way I believed it should be done—with a long-term mindset and the ambition to revolutionize the industry.
Even today, I believe not everything has been invented yet. That belief drives us to continuously add new layers of value—not only in our Talent Acquisition services (thankfully, recruiting today isn’t what it was 20 years ago), but also through the creation of new firms like GT Pioneers and GT Equal. These additions bring even greater meaning to our model and to our purpose: to connect, transform, and make an impact.
I regularly participate in conferences and forums on Professional Development, Mentoring, Recruitment, Entrepreneurship, Employer Branding, and Career Advisory. I enjoy connecting people and channel my inner frustrated journalist through articles, posts, and interviews I share on LinkedIn—like the #CEOTalks series, where I showcase the more personal side of inspiring women leaders.
I firmly believe that to truly know a professional, you must first know the person. I consider myself a simple person who enjoys life. Those who know me, know that I found my passion working in the PEOPLE space—putting individuals at the center of everything.
At the same time we launched GT Linkers, I married my wife—half Indian, half Dutch—with whom I’ve had seven wonderful children. It’s proof that you can build a business, raise a family, and stay perfectly organized (as a fun side note, here’s a story I often share about how we managed during the pandemic… ha!).
Proud of my parents and my roots in Salamanca, I’m an aspiring cook, a fan of international cuisine, I keep a vegetable garden, and I listen to a lot of music.
