I’m passionate about helping people and organizations make real transformation happen through Talent & Culture strategy. I bring over 24 years of experience in building and transforming organizational culture by defining and implementing people strategies, leadership models, and talent approaches aligned with each company’s needs and challenges.

I have led the People & Culture function at global, regional, and local levels in multinational companies across various industries and countries. Through my leadership at GT Pioneers, I’ve gained solid experience successfully delivering organizational transformation and people strategy projects for large corporations, mid-sized companies, and startups, both locally and internationally.

As an expert in leadership and cultural transformation, I’ve also spent the last 10 years teaching transformation leadership in business schools such as IE Business School, IESE, The Valley, and EOI, among others.
